Processing Time & Shipping

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated processing time is three (3) to five (5) business days. Since we are a small, artist-owned company who try to operate with minimal overhead, we often print items on demand.

We do our best to meet shipping estimates but cannot guarantee a specific date. If you need your item on a specific date, please leave a note in the “special instructions for seller box” when you checkout.

Secure Payment

All credit card information and payment through any of the express checkout options is encrypted so Dig and Bark never sees your information.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unless defective, items must be in new condition to be accepted as a return. Please do not return items that have been worn, laundered or that are covered in dog (or cat) hair. 

The following items can NOT be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items

We do not accept order cancellations.
